Austack is located at 53 Toombul Rd, Northgate, QLD, 4013 with a second store in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast. The shop is open 6 days a week. We at Austack pride ourselves in going the extra mile for our customers. If you need a product that we don’t have in stock we will do our best to source it for you. Our staff have many years experience in both the horse racing and equestrian industries as well as animal care, striving to give our clients the best of the best. Austack supplies a wide variety of products including horse feed, racing and jockey goods, animal supplies, pet supplies, bird supplies, vitamins and minerals, horse supplies and all your animal needs.
About our company
Our company started in 2000, supplying the horse racing industry with a new style of saddlery and jockey goods imported from Japan and South Africa. Within a short time we were exporting Japan race saddles to many countries including Singapore, Hong Kong, Ireland and New Zealand. We were also exporting and promoting Australian made goods to Singapore and Japan.
In 2003 Austack branched out into horse feed and other domestic animal supplies. Austack grew rapidly over those years and in 2010 added a second store in Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast situated near the Corbould Park Race Course. In 2014 our main store moved to a bigger premises at 249 Toombul Rd, Northgate, QLD and then to where we are located now at 53 Toombul Rd, Northgate, QLD, where we have been able to expand our range to cover many more types of saddlery, horse feed, pet and bird feeds, many kinds of vitamins and minerals and medical supplies. We deliver to the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and the greater Brisbane area and we pride ourselves on maintaining a standard of feeds, products and personalised service to our customers. We have a great premises at Northgate which is setup as a drive through so our customers can pick up their feed and supplies away from Queensland’s trying weather conditions wether it be hot or wet. Austack has a wide range of horse feeds, we stock all the main brands including Mitavite, Hygain and Prides and Ridleys Barastoc to name a few. Our hay and chaffs offer great value and quality, we pick them up weekly from the Lockyer Valley. We also have a great range of bird, poultry, dog and cat supplies and with our new saddlery showroom we offer a one stop shop for all animal needs. We deliver to the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and the greater Brisbane area and we pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of products and personalised service to our customers.
